We are seeking an Expert Systems Engineers with active TS/SCI with FSP clearances to support one of our IT Programs within the Intelligence Community.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
These individuals will functions as the representative for the Government Technical Point of Contact (POC) and the Program Office
Provide technical expertise and assistance to the Government POC on programmatic matters related to RTM life cycle engineering
Participate in RTM technical reviews, program reviews, and milestone reviews
Review RTM products and artifacts and provide feedback to the Program Office and contractor
Attend and participate in RTM Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and RTM Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
Individuals will transition Acquisition systems from development to operations
Individuals will work in partnership with Government personnel, contractors, Systems Integrators, and various mission partners to synchronize schedules and tasks to achieve successful system transitions to operations
Individuals will work, in detail, issues related to the transition of RTM systems from development to operations
Must be able to maintain transition schedules for program office and senior management reference
Must be able to provide support to readiness assessments and other transition activities for RTM systems
Individuals will lead transition IPTs and provide progress status regularly
Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Requires 20 years of work experience, 15 of which must be relevant to the job description.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR additional years of relevant experience.
Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities
Must have the ability to identify technical issues and communicate impacts to the Government points of contact
Must have a strong background in leadership and problem solving in ad hoc situations
Must have Project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk
This individual must be customer-service and goal oriented
Must have excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills
Understanding of the NGA Mission, Acquisition (NGA/A) processes, and the Enterprise Operations (NGA/E) processes
Knowledge of NGA Resource Tasking and Marketplace (RTM) systems to include PMAA, GIMS, NES (Cedalion), and IESS
Understanding of the NGA transition process from development to operations
